The CH-47 Phase Maintenance Stand is a multi-level system designed to allow complete access to the CH-47 Chinook. The upper levels provide access to the rear pylons, while the lower levels are ideally suited for engine and cabin access. Caster beams ensure complete stability of the stand despite the considerable overhang necessary for efficient access. The stand slides apart at the rear to facilitate placement and removal of the aircraft, and the front decks fold out of the way when not in use. This stand is designed for use on the D and F models  of the CH-47, but versions are also available for the G and SD models.
