Spika’s AH-64 Phase Maintenance Stand is the ultimate system for maintenance of the AH-64 Apache. Designed with direct input from Apache maintenance technicians, the system provides complete access to the aircraft while ensuring OSHA-compliant fall protection. The stand is built to interface with the engine cowl and stub wing; an engine safety rail provides fall protection and OSHA compliance for maintainers as they work on and move across those areas. The system also provides ideal access to the driveshaft, cabin area, vertical fin, and tail rotor, allowing it to rotate without obstruction. With five deck modules, three stair sets, and five connecting rails linked together in a site-specific sequence, you are guaranteed easy and effective access to all areas needed for complete AH-64 phase maintenance.

The Spika AH-64 Phase Maintenance Stand has been designed for facilities desiring versatility and flexibility in complete phase maintenance while  minimizing the footprint for high-density, space-challenged hangars. The stand interfaces with the aircraft’s natural work areas without obstructing maintenance procedures. It is compliant with OSHA 1910D, and each deck has a designated workload of 800 lbs, tested to a 4x safety factor.
