fabrication shop nestled on a farm in Central Montana to a multi-million dollar company offering innovative and high-quality solutions for maintenance and safety needs. Tom Spika, the founder of the company, has all of the characteristics you would expect from a real Montanan; he values hard work, trustworthiness, community, and honest communication. He takes pride in his work, and he expects the same from every employee and supplier. When Tom saw the equipment our servicemen were using to maintain their aircraft, he knew it could be built better, and it should be built better. So he set out to create a product that would be both high-quality and easy to use, both safe and effective. These characteristics are what helped make Spika the respected company it is today, and the preferred manufacturer of maintenance and safety equipment. All Spika products embody those values; they are innovative, user-friendly, of superior quality, and customizable to meet any unique need.
