Spika Manufacturing offers much more than off-the-shelf solutions for work stands and maintenance products. While we have a very large number of pre-engineered products, often customers have needs that are very specific to a particular application.

Spika utilizes 3D solid modeling to create, analyze, and evaluate new designs based on your input. That allows us to "build" the design on computer, generating dimensional drawings, 3D images, and even three-dimensional models you can view with a free downloadable viewer on your own computer. We can verify the load capabilities and ratings, calculate the product weight, and move components through their ranges of motion to assure adequate clearances and performance. Do you need to develop a product you've designed? Spika can work with you to finalize development of your design, model and blueprint the project, analyze and conduct an Finite Element Analysis if required, and even produce the first prototype.
