Spika President Interviewed by WSJ

Tom Spika, the president of Spika Welding, was interviewed for an article in today's Wall Street Journal. The story, which can be found here, addresses small business job creation and what owners of those companies hope to hear in President Obama's jobs bill speech tonight. In his interview, Tom discussed some of the obstacles small businesses are facing in this economy, particularly when it comes to exports and governmental red tape.
